Works are nearly complete on delivering a  cooling solution for Integral UK via two large skids installed within a live, space-constrained production facility.

The Skid units were designed and calculated and through precise off-site fabrication, full pre-assembly and testing, and a carefully sequenced 400-tonne crane lift, we reduced site installation time by up to three weeks and limited downtime to just 14 days.

Detailed planning, exacting tolerances, and experience-led constructability ensured a smooth install in a 24/7 operational environment — minimising risk and protecting production.
